Thank you for shopping with Sunshine Dots Art! Every order helps support families affected by juvenile arthritis — including helping my son and others receive the care they need. 💛
We want you to have full confidence in how your diamond painting kit travels from our studio to your door. Here’s what to expect:
✨ Processing Time
All of our diamond painting canvases are made to order — your design is printed, the glue is poured and cured, and every detail is quality-checked before shipping.
Please allow 1–4 weeks for production, printing, curing, and quality inspection before your order ships.
📦 Shipping Rates
All orders ship for a flat $ 10 USD fee, which is automatically waived on orders over $75 USD.
🚚 Packaging
All canvases are now securely shipped in protective boxes to prevent damage
🔎 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Please note that tracking may take a few days to update after dispatch, especially during high-volume periods or holidays.
🌍 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and many international destinations.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at sunshinedotsart@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to make special arrangements.
⏳ Delays & Holidays
We do our best to meet our estimated timelines, but customs clearance, carrier delays, or holidays (such as Chinese national holidays) can extend delivery times.
We’ll always keep you updated if there’s an unexpected delay.
💰 Customs & Duties
For international customers, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.
🕊️ Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages
Sunshine Dots Art is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier or for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the shipping carrier directly to start an investigation.
🏡 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We can’t refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
