🌞 Sunshine Dots Art Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

At Sunshine Dots Art, every kit is custom-printed and poured with sparkle just for you. Because of that, most purchases are final — but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

General Policy

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted except under specific circumstances outlined below.

Each canvas is made to order, so general returns and refunds aren’t accepted. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Missing Items

If your kit arrives incomplete, we’ll send the missing pieces right away. Refunds are only offered if a replacement cannot be provided. Just email us with photos within 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your canvas or drills arrive damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily replace them. If replacement isn’t possible, we’ll work with you on a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, please contact your carrier directly for an investigation.

Long Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived after 60–90 days, and a replacement has already been attempted, we’ll issue a refund.

No Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges for change of mind, disliking the design, or not having time to complete the project.

EU Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and return shipping is covered by you.
